This is a theory study course to enable the student to understand from a Tantric/Yogic perspective components of the subtle energy body, suitable for anyone who wants to gain a better understanding of Tantric Hatha.
Yoga students who would like to understand the intention behind practice.
Yoga teachers who would like to refresh or gain a deeper understanding of the subtle energy body for their own practice or to share with students.
